It would be much better to just keep the children out. As a rule school kids don't have much money and aren't great consumers. Most bars and massage parlors are more than willing to keep children out of the place.

The little trick done here frequently is to also get a restriction against these businesses being near a church. Then the local religous groups rent little offices near anyone they don't like and sue to have them closed for being too close to their "church".
