1 cent they sell the news imo. Unless CSCO does a SUNW type earnings you can forget about 73 bucks.

MM and thread,
I am long CSCO since 93, and I am always nervous whenever they announce earnings even though they have made their numbers ever since I have owned. However, I don't believe they ALWAYS beat by a penny. They have beat the numbers by more than that in the past and they have met their numbers before. I think they will make or beat their numbers this time as well, because I think Mr. Chambers is smart enough to know that if he hadn't made them, he would have made it known. He has taken very good care of his shareholders, and the only time the company has corrected is during overall market corrections, with the exception of 97. That was when Benhamou from COMS blamed a slow networking market overall for his miss. With the stock priced at a premium, Chambers realizes that he can't mess up. With the acquisition strategy that CSCO uses to grow, he needs the stock currency to continue to maintain the company's ability to compete on the leading edge. Good luck on Tuesday.knc

Whisper # at 17 cents, estimates at 15. Bob Brinker got me scared. Well I'm scared of many things anyway. This seem like a real gamble. I am long stock and leaps, I might buy more Mon or Tue if it prints 62-64. I may be wrong, so no hate mail, Huh.
