I don't have sources, but the bible has been banned before here in Texas libraries based on descriptions of some of the stories (the bible was not mentioned by name). Of course the embarassed censor board always relents when the actual book is produced. I think they are wise to the ruse now because I haven't seen it happen for several years. When will these guys learn that bad, even very bad literature does not harm little minds if they are also allowed to read the wealth of wonderful literature this country and the world has produced. If anything, the good works gain in the comparison. TP
