Time division scheduling to determine who will get the data is TDMA. That's pretty much the definition of TDMA.

You can have fun with the name forever.

You can even go to KMART and tell the cashier that she is doing TDMA if you want.

The bottom line, you know what TDMA you were talking about when you said HDR is TDMA because your lack of misunderstanding.
