They are stupid. They fear conservatives want to tell them what to do in their bedrooms but applaud when unelected liberal judges dictate to elected bodies what bedrooms may or may not build within their jurisdiction.

SUNNYVALE, Texas (AP) -- A federal judge ruled leaders in this predominantly white Dallas suburb have been shutting out
minorities and the poor for 50 years through illegal zoning laws.

U.S. District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer said that the city's one-acre minimum for residential lots and its 1971 ban on apartments
were written to discriminate against minorities, and that Sunnyvale itself was created because community leaders feared
''residential development planned for black households.''

The judge ordered officials to adopt new laws that would encourage development of apartments and low-income housing. He
also ordered Sunnyvale to ''take affirmative action to change its reputation ... as a municipality hostile to minorities.''

Urban experts say Tuesday's decision could set an important precedent in other American cities that practice exclusionary zoning.

Democrats are corrupt. Their Hillary plan allowed opt-outs for heavy industries with high union representation such as steel, autos, etc. by self-insuring. They also allowed drop-ins by those same industries to dump retirees into the general plan to be subsidized by everyone else. The main problem was that her plan was a tax system, not an insurance system.
