The chart appears quite useful.

Upgrades come at or near a nearterm top.
Downgrades come at or near a nearterm bottom.
Initiate Coverage comes at a random point.

conclusion: with all the downgrades, KLIC will probably be at least 30% higher within 2 months.

Well I cared for KLIC so I do for AMAT. So that 1 of 2 votes. Also is there any way you visually show each analyst. Maybe use color for analyst and then + or - for up/downgrade? Just trying to see if one analyst is better then the rest or is it a herd?
