Charles,

If we assume that they knew June 1 that there was a problem.

With a 12 week production cycle - Sept 1 is when the irongates should start rolling from UMC in large volumes.

I can see the quarter as touch and go.

If they can expedite product thru - they could well ship a ton of product in september.

If there's a hiccup the quarter is likely shot.

If i had that information in July it would have made sense to short starting after the numbers for Q2 came out.
