JIM: Looking at the DOW it seems it has to close above the May 16 H of 10971 before breaking the previous down-trend. As you remember we still have to deal with the "double-top" from the Hs on April 4 and April 12 (11418 & 11425) before we could think of testing the January 14 H of 11750. Keep a close watch.
