Sounds like what you're saying is even with Republican majorities in both houses, the Democrats are really in control. In fact, I see you're looking ahead far enough to allow that even with a Republican President and Republican majorities in Congress, the Democrats will still be able to have their way, stopping Republican initiatives and spending the surplus. Nice spin. You are right about one thing - Democrats don't care about debt reduction . . . either. Oh well.
