Correct me if I'm wrong, but on top of that, if they do not get 50.1%, I think we have the right to withdraw our tendered shares within 30 days.

Usually , the minimum tender condition is solely for the bidder's benefit and may be waived by the bidder. Regards.

Hi Leaf and Laurie too, ANYBODY who accepts this offer from DeBeers at this Low price has his head in a moist, warm, dark place and that includes any broker wh recommends it. If anybody does recommend it you can be sure he's doing it for a fee. Ask him how many shares of his own ownership he has tendered. and if he quotes a significant number offer him sympathy and move your account to somebody who at least has common sense.
