I resent that you dragged used car salesmen down into the mud with the like of these "brokers". They, by comparison, are honest -- they honestly try and rip you off to your face. These slugs try and do it behind your back.

I see that Matsushita uses a gel electrolyte. Unlike the Valence design, where a liquid electrolyte is totally absorbed into the polymer separator effectively making it a 'dry' cell, I don't think the gel is captive in the same manner. I'd think it could ooze out if the battery was punctured. Any comments from you experts out there?
