"The same Koreans you speak of as "rolling out" cdma2000 are in fact its greatest betrayers, as they will go along with the rest of the world in selecting W-CDMA for 3G."

"as they will go along with the rest of the world in selecting W-CDMA for 3G. "Money talks".

Money does talk that's why Korean operators have not spent a nickel on WCDMA networks and are currently investing in 1x for a 4Q00 roll out. Your assuming with the posturing they will go WCDMA. They are playing both sides of the fence with spectrum they do not need yet. Anyone would do the same thing given their situation.

I have been trying for weeks to get knowledgeable with the wireless industry, but the amount of (confusing) information is bewildering.
I 'm probably asking for too much, but could anyone point me to some articles to quickly get up-to-speed? The problem is to find comprehensive, up-to-date and and not overwhelmingly technical information.

I am sure many other readers will appreciate, Thanks!
