If drugs are completly legal with no restrictions this might be true, but if drugs are legal only for those over 21 , then the current drug dealers might fight hard for the limited market they have left. Agree. There are a lot of black market liquor dealers selling to kids in grade school as well as high school. Getting $5 per beer. Feds are starting a new agency to deal with it: ASSS-- Alcohol School Secret Service. It is a national tragedy. Hey, where is my kid with that Jack...
