The company has said that the split was get the shares count and generate revenue to reach their ultimate goal of getting on the NASDAQ board. They have expanded their business and have bought beachaccess.net, a wireless internet company. Beachaccess has signed several contracts with Hotels in the Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Now they have sent out a test to California to see the response, and have a presentation Aug 21 at a community college. Tomake access to faculty and students. Think of all the universities in this country, if the program is so successful. Plus all the beach communities on both coasts. Thats why the price increase. David
