I think the chip industry, the AnalCyst community and several institutions are successfully fighting the last war; and are unable to recognize that some of the current battle conditions are totally changed. The resulting underinvestment by the chipmakers will prolong this expansion cycle. The underinvestment by the institutions has created a massive profit opportunity for individual investors. QUESTION How do analyst cause chipmakers to underinvest? The rest I follow.
