...However, if the reported last sale price of our common stock on the Nasdaq National Market is greater than twice the initial public offering price per share for 20 of the 30 consecutive trading days ending on the last trading day
preceding the 90(th) day after the date of this prospectus, then 15% of the securities subject to lock-up agreements as of the date of this prospectus will be released from the transfer restrictions of the lock-up agreements. The release of these securities will occur on the 90(th) day after the date of this prospectus."
