It has been obvious that Glenn and JPC have been working very hard over the past few months to secure financing for the company. Obviously they were not successful as soon as everyone was hoping for. One of the biggest concerns for them I think and all the shareholders was that they get what they needed without "giving away the company". It was also very important that there was some "value added" component to the financing in one way or another. Well, in an unexpected way, I think this is what they have accomplished. If one looks at the number of shares the new management has potential access to, one might think they did, in fact "give away the company". Not only, was there a large number of shares involved for the newcomers, they also essentially gave them direct (but not total) control over the operations. Now this may seem to be a bad thing on the surface but I believe it was a very smart move. The point is to move PNL to the next level both financially and business progress wise. It does not take long to see after reviewing the qualifications of the three new people that the primary objectives were likely achieved. All three of the new people are directly involved with VC groups and Bohn and Morgan are proven performers in moving companies to the place we want and need to be. If one is going to turn over the reins of the company to someone, it should be someone who has the power and ability to get the job done ASAP. I think most would agree that this pretty much describes what happened and I think Glenn and JPC deserve a lot of credit for making these bold moves. I first invested in PNL because of the reputation of Glenn Zagoren. Now, I think this strategy is strongly reenforced with the additions of John Bohn, Karen Morgan, and Blumberg. It is definitely now just a matter of time in my opinion before we succeed in a very big way.
