Back to USIX, IMHO, it has lost so much value that it should be undervalued given the future outlook of ASP if the projection is right.
Current USIX valuation is at the level of Oct'99 when in actuality USIX is in much better position now.

The secret is that it'll stay undervalued until people want to buy it again instead of selling it. Also, the longer that takes the greater the risk that you'll get into Tax Loss Season and it'll tank even farther.

Just because the stock's a "value" doesn't mean it won't get cheaper or take a couple of years to turn around. The most successful value investors don't buy just any value stock. They buy the ones they think are coming or will soon come back into favor.

Since you're dealing with smaller amounts of stock you don't have to build a position over a long period of time so you can wait until interest in the stock starts to pick back up. True, you won't hit the very bottom, but buying three times on the way up is a lot less risky and no more expensive than averaging down three times. The trend's in your favor and you had the use of your money instead of having it tied up in the stock while it was heading down.
