Looking at Dell's release it seams that the income from investments were $125M up from $30M from last year. That means Dell's operational profit are once again nearly flat year over year.

They did say expect the same amount of investment gain for the next two quarters.

You can see it....

They set the bar too high, and miss again, and again...

especially on revenues...

Their european business is also a disaster and has been for a long time

I wonder T2, is $ 35 a good entry point ?

I own a fairly substantial position in LSI and listened to their conference call a week or two ago. They had what I thought were several very hostile analysts on the call, who seemed to refuse to understand what they were being told quite plainly. You can see what happened to that stock over the next couple of days.
