I guess that my response would be that it is difficult to evaluate based on the stock price since almost every stock took a hit in the past 5 months. CSCO is down 25% from its highs, but that doesn't mean that I think that it has topped out. But you could be right, stock price is forward looking. However, I know that there is still a great shortage of certain semi components right now and my understanding is that this will continue for at least 12 months.
