Those are "home" PCs. If you want a "business" PC, you are limited to 866MHZ. IBM doesn't trust the limited thermal operating range of the 933, 1GHZ, and 1.1GHZ for a system targeted to even a small business.

The Aptiva you linked to is targeted to retail sales. But IBM exited that market this year, they basically don't sell them anymore. Look at their "Business" PCs.
