I am pleased by this press release. It seemed irresponsible not to at least address the quality and strength of the business in some way. It appears that business demand is pretty good.

There seems to be a strong effort to right wrongs and move on. I don't know how the market will react, but I am sure if they had been trading these last days, the stick would be seriously down.

At any rate, we seem to be getting some advantage from the halt of trading while this company takes action to expose and correct what has happened. I would rather it had never happened, but since it did I can't see how they could do more.

Regards,

Mark

Thanks for posting the recent press release. Do you or anyone know how the stock will actually resume trading? Will there be a current financial report released at the same time? If so, if the numbers are strong perhaps we won't have to suffer as badly as we fear.

Perhaps I'm grasping at straws. . .

Pat

Hi all - rod, thx for the post. It is indeed a good thing to see this and it reflects the qualities of the *new mgt team*. My guess is that the new officers are trying to get this out ASAP, but they need to gather all the facts. Shooting the mouth off without supporting data could only get them into worse trouble. Therefore, I like their even handed approach.

Obviously, in a positive environment, quality action like this from mgt will help to increase intangible value of the stock. Unfortunately, it is not in a positive environment, so it will at best lessen the blow

Fundamentals are still pristine. I mean, no matter how sloppy the former mgt team has kept their books, VARL has a product that is being utilized in the wireless arena. No one can deny that. Who knows, maybe we luck out <G>, with a NOK induced collapse of the component sector, VARL is in suspended animation! If the sector recovers before VARL begins trading again [hope not for too long,] and if the truth is less dire than what we have imagined, VARL may have a good chance to minimize the losses. Obviously, these lawsuits are a distraction.

best, Bosco
