Pat,

<<Perhaps I'm grasping at straws>>

Weren't you "grasping"(I was also) with ANCR 4 or 5 years ago after the fall from 35+ to 1. Even after the mgmt. change getting two execs. from WDC & SEG didn't seem to turn the boat around(at first).

The people who capitulated at 1 never got to see 90+ just two years later. You never know lightning may strike twice.

"Do you or anyone know how the stock will
actually resume trading? Will there be a current financial report released at the same
time?"

No, i have no clue. What i would like to see are corrected financials along with current financials + a conference call prior to resumption of trading. Since it is going to be months of no trading at all it would be tantamount to chaos to just resume trading simultaneously with a release announcing SEC compliance. The market makers would completely gut the stock in such a scenario and i wouldn't blame them.

OTOH, if trading is resumed in an abrupt fashion i would expect a situation where the stock opens at an extremely low price possibly creating a great buying opportunity for the strong of stomach.

Idle speculation for idle money. rod
