The ACeS price of $1.00 per minute was reported in a press release or news report recently. I will try to find it for you if I can. The path diversity is still important in a moving car with an external antenna. Every time you pass a truck, go under a bridge, drive near a building or mountain you risk the loss of a signal. With my Globalstar phone I have experienced perfect call connection even when passing under bridge overpasses because of the path diversity. We are in an age of technological advancement and the public will not tolerate a high rate of dropped calls as I expect they will have with ACeS.
