It does not matter whether it seems obvious to you or intuitive. The light bulb is obvious and intuitive too.
Postit notes are patented and they are intuitive and obvious. Of course, this is only so after the invention has been made.

Fortunately, the patent process is more objective than that.
I suppose you think all 90 Rambus patents are obvious and intuitive. Have you read any of the patents closely?

SDRAM did not exist 30 years ago. Double Data rate clocking of SDRAM obviously did not either. Rambus patent claims do not read on what you were talking about. Hence, they are not relevant.
