RKHIII-

You sound like a lawyer to me.

You are basically saying: You cant prove that anything Putnam, and Falk are saying is untrue, therefore they are not technically misleading anyone.

Could you please provide me with the non-disclosure contracts with which EDIG is involved so we can see who's lying and who's not?

Yeah.. whatever... but statements about imminent NASD listings, and double digit OEM contracts in the works??

You see, I have been witness to this sort of thing in this company for the last 3+ years. EVERY quarter. Over and over and over and over. Every time its the next 10Q, and every time the next 10Q says the same thing:

More money lost.
More stock issued.

Where do you think the company got all its cash it's sitting on?

I believe that once we have all this information, we can better judge if our investment is valid. I assume many on this board actually have that information already, or they would be in no position to call anything "misleading or hype".

Problem here, is that usually you have to make this determination BEFORE the information is available. Otherwise you are left 'holding the bag'.

Can anyone prove someone is lying?

Sily question really. One that distracts from the real 'crux of the biscuit'.

Can anyone show me the money?

Think about it. Because unless the bits about the double digit OEMs are not only true, but COME TRUE then it's only gonna get more and more obvious that the spike earlier this year was nothing but hype.
