That AT&T business was never promised or contracted to SFA so people should not assume we "lost" business. Additionally, AT&T has their own agenda: they have their specific political and economic reasons for NOT wanting SFA. AT&T has a long standing relationship with MOT/GIC and will not be upsetting them by going with Phillips - who is just happy to be there and would not upset existing technological strategies.
