"Our manufacturing facilities will require additional development to enable us to produce batteries cost-effectively, according to customer specifications and on a commercial scale. To facilitate commercialization of our products, we will need to reduce our manufacturing costs. This includes being able to substantially raise and maintain battery yields of commercial quality in a cost-effective manner." (From page 12 of 10Q).
