CRL, check the settings on your computer and see if the @home folks set you up for a static or a dynamic IP address. You should have your computer set up for a dynamic IP address.

BTW I had the same problem when I first got @home and it took 3 tech visits to resolve things, something about the modem not resetting with the server. Too @home's credit, I was given a month free and haven't had any problems since and that was several months ago. Even though I had some problems I was very impressed with the support I was given. After my problem was resolved I was called as a follow up a few days later just to make sure that I was satisfied with things. Also I've yet to go under the minimum transfer rate of 100K so I'm really happy with everything.
