Over the last year I have noticed that bullishness charts have to be extended past 100% in order to cause a pullback. I'm actually not joking, the indicators have to be damn near 100% or 99.9% before anything drops.

wow 97% bulls on the USD, it looks like a short to me.

If the Yen was not so weak this past week it would have
broken already, at least for a move to 106 basis
the Sept DOllar index.
