Thank you. That's precisely the experience I've had in the field. I think there's tremendous added value potential in what you've stated. I hope you appreciate why I'm pulling Bell down. You're an engineer and are familiar with this kind of technology, yet you still had difficulty.

If I were Att and ATHM I wouldn't allow any self install. You have to implement something called quality control. As you know it is critical to implement that control to control future costs. What is Bell doing? Leaning on something you learn at the university that you shouldn't do. That's the best this guy's got. Leaning!

What a stupid ass. It can't be hidden any longer. All the guy had to do was keep up with this thread and he would have been stimulated to invent many ways to alleviate the malaise. Oh no, you don't do that kind of thing in the upper echelons. What you do is to pretend and since there is no accountability, you walk off with the treasury. The only thing that saves Bell from the ax is the total disorganization of the control shares. However, this Rome is burning and the control shares have caught an ember. The only question is how long will Nero be able to fiddle before he goes down in flames?
