RS, I didn't want to see your comment re hedging G* go without comment. I know we make our own decisions, and it is foolish to simply follow another's lead blindly. Yet, when the poster who probably knows the most about the real world progress of G* decides it's time to hedge, it compels me to revisit my own reasons for staying long. You were kind enough (as always) to provide analysis with your statement, yet much of the information has been available for some time. Is there a single piece of information that has persuaded you to hedge, ie a straw so to speak that has you rethinking G's prospects, or is it simply the the incessant flow of bad news? I can't help but notice that your decision was first voiced shortly after the Gilat announcement was made. That was a particularly distressing piece of information for me - validating the market while highlighting G's seeming inability to capitalize. I am not in the habit of questioning others investment decisions as they are based upon so many personal variables, yet when a long term observer with your level of knowledge begins hedging, I feel compelled to revisit my own analysis. I trust you will take this inquiry in that spirit, and if you find it outside the bounds of proper discussion, feel free to ignore with no offense taken. TIA. I won't get to my homework assignment until this weekend, but do plan to learn what rights other sp's may have to VOD's gateways should VOD violate performance provisions, and will report back. Pierre
