Mama Bear, The Republicans have had legislation vetoed. Remember the Gov't shutdown in 95? The public, for the most part too ignorant to understand basic civics, punished the GOP for the incident, letting Clinton have a free ride because a lot of minimum wage jobs were created. I wonder how many people out of the 22M jobs they claim they created are given to people working multiple jobs to support families. Forced to do so because of the tax burden caused by FICA more than income tax at those levels. The marriage penalty repeal is the most recent legislation Clinton vetoed.
