I'm fairly sure they publish a finer breakdown of the components. Years ago I saw a breakdown that was about 3 pages long in detail. Of course they have all sorts of detail inhouse

the CPI data become less and less credible. where are all those hefty rises in utility bills? anyone who looks at a recurring household expenditures budget KNOWS that inflation is running much higher....
