If you rub the edge of the coin on the ground long enough it will flatten and mushroom out, creating a place to land.

If politics is like a coin toss, it's: "heads the 2 parties win, tails the voters lose."

"most of your "platform" is just a retread of anarchist proposals that began on the fringe right. "

Yes, the fringe right. Men like Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, Thomas Paine, and a whole host of other 'fringe right anarchists' more commonly known as the Founding Fathers. One of the more amusing aspects of your above statement is it again shows how much in common you have with your republicrat brethren. When the republicrats attack the Libertarians, we are accused of being liberals.

Scare mongering is better used to describe the politics of the republicrats/demopublicans. After all, it's you and your counterparts who believe the worst about people, and believe that gov't is needed to control every aspect of human interaction. Libertarians fully believe in the rule of law. We just don't believe that we need more, and more, and more, and....

As far as 'wasting' my vote...I wouldn't waste my time if my only choice was between the two big gov't parties. Oh yes, this 'wasted vote' canard is yet another example of how demopublicans and republicrats think alike despite your protestations that it's otherwise.
