Just remember that we would rather start our Panera position between $12 and $13 than where it currently sits. . . .so going easily and moving slowly is preferable over any sort of jumping in. . . . same as we've been doing with DRMD. Moving in slowly over time without anyone noticing. The last thing we EVER want is to spook a stock into spiking when we buy. That doesn't help anyone but the fastest daytraders. . . . which is why "concerted efforts" to move a stock up or down is against the law;. . .called manipulation. . . .and in this Information Age. . . .every violator will eventually be apprehended. . . .which when you think about it. . .should make for a better trading market.

Note: Some short-seller chatrooms are notorious for posting precise points of shorting, covering, boxing. . .even percentage of positions. . .for the purpose of "controlling" a stock. This has been allowed to continue unabated for some time. . . but recent talk by the SEC is that they have their sights set on all manipulators. . . and are just gathering up their evidence.

I am impressed by recent SEC moves. . . though there is still much much more that could be done.
