Gold up 3.20 this AM. Panic in the boardrooms, how will the producers help derail yet another move up for the pog. Will the Aussies sell forward, an announcement by barrick about a speed up for an increase in production, an announcemnt that the price of producing an ounce of gold continues to decline. The possibilities are endless, however, you can bet that the producers will find away to help derail another rally. Check out the Xau, down while gold rallies, investors have it right, do not trust the producers as far as you can throw a tonne of gold.

Ken,

To your comment "When GATA begins it lawsuit..."

which side of the aisle will the producers be on.
... viewed as an injured party
... be viewed as part of the conspiracy

If Gore wins the prez election, then those who want
a low and stay low price of gold will have the same
contacts in Washington D.C. to allow them all to
regroup and develope new tactics knowing that they
still control the horizonal and verticle picture that is
allowed for viewing to the public.

Imagine a collection of criminals that represent
not one group with one leader, but lots of persons
that use criminal and corrupt and not moral methods
to accomplish their each quest for power and/or money.

If Gore wins, the prez then they will all continue to work
as a group as they have up to now, and GATA and all
those commentary predictions of crash and ending badly
for usa and world economies will still happen, but these
people will retain the ability to keep things in check so that
the hurt and pain will not touch them nor identify them
nor stop them.

If Bush wins, then some of those connections between these
people will vanish, and like that saying that the linked chain
is only as strong as its weakest link, chaos will replace what
have been "All working for the same conditions that allow each
of us seperately to rob and steal from others while not having
to suffer or be convicted of crimes done or hurt delivered to others."
Resulting in what happens when a bunch of criminals get
caught and knowing "No honor among thieves." It will become
not one for all, but each alone for self knowing all others will
make deals to lessen the price they will pay in committing crimes.
Rat on others, and do it before they do it to you, will prevale.

If so, i will watch with a BIG smile and do like Richard and
scream "NO Mercy" off with their heads, maximum penalty.

As for the producers, one long ago was knowledge enough
to understand what was happening and decided to join
and become one of those steel links of the chain used
to lash at others and used to chain down others and used
to intimindate others to back off and submit and take orders
and work against their product.

That above link is a strong one, but it is part of a chain
with weak links if Bush wins.

<<They can be viewed as an injured party, by the manipulation of the price of their commodity, or they can just as easily be viewed as part of the conspiracy particularly when you take into account their role as a retail outlet for cb gold.>>

Exactly which miners might you suggest take a hit for "conspiracy" and why?
