sommovigo - sell all your stocks...I know a registered broker who says you are an idiot and all your picks are probably story stocks or outright frauds, so you better sell. Maybe you can rant at him later for coercing you to sell. Now, don't let me keep you from your SI speech policing duties, deputy dawg.

BTW, if you can manage to engage a few more brain cells, the key lies here, see if you can figure it out:

If a dealer or broker, or other person selling or offering for sale or purchasing or offering to purchase the security, to make, regarding any security registered on a national securities exchange, for the purpose of inducing the purchase or sale of such security, any statement which was at the time and in the light of the circumstances under which it was made, false or misleading with respect to any material fact, and which he knew or had reasonable ground to believe was so false or misleading.

sommivigo, it is apparent that you are not interested in the facts, just in trying to lay the blame for your lousy investment in CYBR on someone else. Your cut and paste doesn't apply to the situation one bit. Good luck to you on your future trades.
Regards,

Barb
