Paunch, you appear to me to be quite knowledgeable, in the case of a vote on this reverse split, is it only the # of shares in the float that are counted or is it all of the shares issued?
(At last check some 10.4 mm shares have traded but the price up only 1 cent.)
They are going nuts on the RB thread--well over a hundred posts.
