Like airline management WANTS you to be dissatisfied?
Like they WANT you to have your flight cancelled?

PLEASE.

You already have the power. A bunch of ignorant customers taking over the management is NOT going to get you anywhere.
The POWER lies in your ability to book with another airline, not take over the one that made you mad. When a company doesn't earn trust, you don't buy the product!
So just don't buy a ticket from United next time. Everyone knows they're having problems.
