Help got a site in my toolbar and cannot get rid of it when I close out it stays in my toolbar. When I try to bring it up fullsize, it only changes brighter in the toolbar? Afraid to shut down due to puter opening in the safe mode, any help appreciated here. Tia.

I re-downloaded and installed IE 5.5 and the autocomplete window popped up when I started typing a password, so hopefully I"m ok now.

As to the mouse-- I'm just using a generic mouse--no software with it. (e-machine, like you)
