NEWS - I saw this in Robertson Stephens report and have not seen it in any PR announcement by NETP. DIGITAL RIVER TO INTEGRATE NET PERCEPTIONS ASP INTO PLATFORM Digital River plans to integrate Net Perceptions' Web Recommendation Channel ASP into its eMarketing Services suite. The deal calls for Digital River's B2B and B2C merchant clients having the option to incorporate Net Perceptions' personalization service into their eCommerce offerings, allowing them to lever its collaborative filtering technology to deliver upsell and cross-sell recommendations at the point of purchase. This technology has been proven to increase average sales and drive repeat visits. We view this as an important deal for Digital River as it expands the eBusiness offering to attract a wider array of clients. We continue to see Digital River's eBusiness solution is among the most complete, affordable and easily installable eCommerce system available. In addition, we see this agreement expanding Net Perceptions' client base and extending the use of its recently launched application service provider product
