yes, that is what it looks like, we don't go public and will have to wait probably 1 year before we get anything, what pisses me off though, why couldn't they buy 1/2 of all stock issued, which means that they would buy 1/2 of your stock, say you own 5000 shares, they would buy 2500 now and then 2500 in 1 year. its BS that they buy out the principals shares and leave us getting no interest for 1 year, but like you said eric very fitting BNEZ isn't it. imho mitchell
