We're back from UC_Santa Cruz..
WOw Wow Wow
It was phenomenal. It doesn;t LOOK like a college though. Which made it even more appealing to Ammo, who is intimidated by ivy.
And the weather was incredible.
So were the prices in the grocery store where we stopped to get aspirin.
I don't know how people afford to live out there, though I can sure see why they would want to. When we took off, the pilot announced that it was 102 degrees in Dallas at 8:00 pm and the whole plane moaned collectively.
So UCSC has gone to the top of the list now. this whole procedure is exhaustng and overwhelming.
And I don't WANT him to go away. Especially so FAR away.
SMU in Dallas has a good theatre department. He can pretend he's in California. Actors have good imaginations, right?

Depressed mom.
