Kit, It doesn't sound good, but I'm not ready to convict them yet. First of all, setting aside a charge against future sales is a standard accounting procedure. It allows a co. to write off any charges over time instead of in one swell foop. Also, an admission to the charges would be an admission to fraud, the way I read it, so that would instigate criminal charges and I haven't seen any yet.

However, I am always unhappy when legal crap gets into my cos. and when they try to scamma-jamma sales or earnings, it bothers me no end. I am watching the situation and hoping for the best. But I am nervous.
