Again, being a creative type and not a science type, I find it difficult when reading all this sci-fi stuff how to distinquish companies real strengths from one another. They need a "Broadband/Fiber Optic for Dummies"...this makes your phone ring, this brings it to your office (last mile), this is the chip that is faster than all the others, this super-chip helps you not to have wires strung all over from hell to breakfast, etc...

I hear your concerns. First, though, if bottom-line profitability were a criteria for investing, you couldn't buy SDLI or JDSU right now b/c of acquisitions. I believe you have to look at on-going operations, gross margins, sequential growth, quality of investors, market segment and so on.

I really don't know the wireless sector, so I'll be no help in deciding what brings what to your breakfast table from hell. And that's the reason I probably won't add to my microscopic IPO position. These guys may have something of value, but it beats me how to distinguish it from the competition.
