James,

Do you know how many shares he holds? We may be talking a drop in the bucket.

"I follow insider buying and selling. According to the Ontario Securities Commission Bulletin, a Steven Samuel Brunelle, a director and an officer, sold on June 27, 2000, 7500 shares at C$3.05 and 1600 shares at C$3.00. Why do you think he is selling shares?"

I will chime in on this because I do know something about insider buying and selling as I use it when available to decide on purchases. The first rule is always that Buying is more important than selling. This is because a sale may be to raise needed cash. However there is no motive for buying other than the buyer thinks the stock will go up.

2nd the amount of the sale or purchase is crucial as well as the no. of insiders who are buying or selling. If say 4 or 5 or selling large amounts, I would be concerned. Based on what you reported I am not concerned. ]

However I think this information is useful and would appreciate your letting us know if further sales or buys occur.

Live long and prosper,

Little joe
