ESHR,I've followed and research it and they have won a lot of awards for their web customer service product. Wall mart one of their customers. Their #1 product was developed from a collaboration with AOL and AOL still incorporates the technology(actually the technology associated with AOL's buddy list that's getting so much attention;ESHR uses it for customer service for hire)...AOL announcement would bring your volume.

ESHR is a leader in the eCRM space. many companies use their software. i have seen the NetAgent and have used the software myself. I have seen others,,,nothing comes close to netagent. other companies in the same space are grossly overvalued (kana ect..). i'm buying more down here.
