FON put out release today claiming its 2 way covered 25 of its 30 mil HH reach.

OT - interesting interim ICGX is from LBTYA which has control over TGNT which dissed ICGX recently. Bryan was a
NY FOB(friend of bill) vs. Denver GOB (good old boy). Also,
CSFB high yield fixed telecom analyst considers GSTX auction
bid announcement as a leading indicator for future debt offerings. Many working on market access including ARTT which in CC said it hired IB for need by 2H00.

Could someone please provide brief analysis of NCNX. I would like to better understand the strength of their market coverage vs. other players in the industry and your general feeling of their "ability to execute".
