"The strongest bridges are between individuals..."

It sounds good...it's obvious, but what do you really mean...?

"The strongest chain has no weak links...", but society isn't perfectly consistent...this nature of groups of groups, diversity, means that more and more individuals will depend on each other...like a mixed conifer forrest.

The only way to make a perfect chain is to eliminate any weak links.

I cringe when I hear Gore invoke certain classic liberal, or socialist bromides...but there are many people who totally identify with being 'underfoot'.

We need an end to the 'poverty mentality'...and that will happen when there are fewer impoverished families...and no children raised in everpresent 'lack'.

I just don't get much meaning from the Terrencian rhetoric...it sounds great, but how does it apply in the real...?
